Inspired by the seasons, Judith designs unique rings for every season, each shaped like a flower. The composition and colours reflect the feelings of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. When selecting her stones, Judith looks beyond just colour, shape or material—she seeks out unique features that make a stone unique. For her, authenticity lies not in the perfection of -for example- a clear-cut white flawless diamond, but in the one-of-a-kind character of a natural diamond, where the inclusion is what makes it truly authentic and unique, as it belongs to the diamond itself. The stones are set in a 18-karat white gold setting and completed with a certified hallmark. All the rings are numbered to indicate the order in which they were made.

Birds return from migration, filling the air with their songs, and the earth seems to awaken from its winter slumber. The colors of nature shift from the muted tones of winter to the bright, lively hues of new life—soft pastels and vivid greens. Spring represents a time of hope, rejuvenation, and the beauty of nature’s cycles.
Summer is a season of warmth, energy, and vitality. Nature is in full bloom, with lush green landscapes and vibrant flowers. Flowers are often versatile in color, creating a playful atmosphere in gardens and flowerbeds with shades of red, yellow, orange, pink, blue, purple, and white. Summer represents openness, relaxation and the brightness of life, marked by clear skies and golden sunsets.
Autumn is a season of transition, where nature shifts from the warmth of summer to the cooler days of winter. The once-green trees and flowers turn shades of red, orange, yellow, and brown. Falling leaves create a carpet of colours on the ground. As the days grow shorter, there is a sense of reflection and change, with a focus on preparing for the colder months ahead. Autumn is often seen as a time of comfort, gratitude, and letting go.
Winter is a season of stillness and quiet, where nature slows down under the chill of the colder months. The days are short, and the air is crisp, often with snow covering the ground, creating a serene white landscape. Despite the cold, some flowers still bloom, bringing subtle yet beautiful colors to the landscape. Snowdrops shine in white, winter jasmine adds warm yellow hues, and hellebores bring rich purple tones. Red blooms, such as camellias, offer a pop of color, while evergreens like holly maintain their deep green, enriching the winter scenery. It’s a season of rest, renewal, and introspection.

Judith Woolderink (1981) studied law in Utrecht and is a practicing attorney. She runs her own law firm and specializes in environmental law. Additionally, under her maiden name Tjallingii, Judith designs an exceptional collection of one of a kind floral rings.
For Judith, combining these two worlds comes naturally. Her mind and heart are not separate but form a unified whole. This unity reflects her view of the law: there are no hard boundaries in law, as it is not static but often a matter of interpretation, intent, and balancing interests. Like a diamond, the law reveals a different reality from every perspective, requiring intelligence and creativity to navigate its facets. Judith blends this complexity with the brilliance of gemstones in her designs, a process she refers to as “aesthetic intelligence.”
